With a brief that the restaurant was inspired by the farms of Upstate New York, we developed an immersive and storytelling driven hospitality concept that lives across physical spaces, digital channels and nearly 100 assets. These efforts covered not only Greywind itself but also Bakery at Greywind, a daytime bakery; Spygold, a speakeasy-style cocktail bar; the Chef’s Counter bar area; and The Conservatory, an amenity space within the building.
